Our process revolves around YOU. From the very first meeting to every single order along the way. Here’s how we do it:

INITIAL MEETING TO DISCUSS YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

First, an initial meeting will take place to discuss the goals of your business, along with what you’re looking to accomplish by working with us. This will allow us to develop a proposal that details how our partnership will work out.

PROPOSAL REVIEW MEETING

After we customize a plan to your business needs, we will meet to discuss the proposal, and make sure everything you want from us is properly accounted for – with cost savings applied.

ONLINE SETUP & PERSONALIZED TRAINING

After the proposal is accepted, we’ll set you up within our online ordering system. We’ll commence our personalized training program to teach you the ins and outs of shopping via our online store and show you other helpful tricks tips. But never worry! After training is complete your dedicated inside specialist will be there to assist you with any questions you might have.

FAVORITE LIST CREATION

Every company has products they need more than others. We’ll spend some time going over our curation process and teach you how to mark certain products as favorites so you can easily repurchase them when stock runs low.

Billing Setup Review

We’ll work with you to get a billing system in place and test a payment with you to make sure everything works properly before you place any proper orders, whether it be a PO or credit card.

30-DAY ACCOUNT REVIEW

After 30 days, we’ll follow back up with you to see how you’re coming along. You’ll be able to provide feedback and let us know how you’re feeling about our partnership – and our advisement. Remember, your satisfaction is our priority!
